Thats exactly what I mean Daniela, he must me courageous to be able to lead the group under any circumstances. And its true what you say, he must be comprehending, otherwise he can't base his decisions on others necessities.

I think that a leader should be someone wise and prudent at the same time. This way he would be able to see which decisions could bring a good outcome and which ones wouldn't.
Mr Ruiz, having charisma is the most important trait. Imagine someone trying to lead a group of people who totally hate him. However, this is not the only important trait. Trujillo had charisma but the people still hated him because he was very selfish. So empathy is another important trait. Perhaps, if Trujillo had felt empathy for others, he could have been one of the greatest leaders of all time.
Mr. Ruiz That is exactly my point, since Trujillo and Hitler had leadership they were able to get very far. It is true that in the end they both abused their power but I never said that leadership was the only quality a leader should have, I only said it is an important one. Without leadership, a person would never get that far; but a leader should also be wise and trustworthy.
Cynthia, it is true that even a prudent person makes mistakes, because nobody is perfect. But prudent people usually think a lot before acting and consider every possible solution they can find. And usually, premeditated actions have better outcome than rushed and impulsive decisions.
i agree a lider should be tough because when i ledr is though the people feel more secure of his choise but i also think a lider should be carrying because if not the lider will no care the demands of his people and will only do what he feels is good for him

A leader should be fair and just.
For example if a crime is commited it doesn´t matter what type of person it was that person should punished fairly.
